Assigning Tickets

Inviting Someone to Your Ticket After Purchase

Once you’ve purchased a ticket, you have the option to invite someone else to use it. There are three ways to do this:

  1. Standard Invitation
    • Enter the invitee’s name and email.
    • They will receive an email with instructions to claim the ticket.

  1. (Gift Option) Assign to Someone Else Without Sending an Email

(Ideal for gifts you plan to print or give access to later)

    • Enter the invitee’s name and email.
    • Check the box: “This is a gift”.
    • The system will not send them an email. Instead, you can print the ticket with their updated name and email on it.
    • Until the invitee claims the ticket and updates their profile, the buyer’s address will remain on the ticket.
    • When ready, the invitee can claim their ticket by visiting the Claim Account Page and entering their email.

    1. (Gift Option) Assign to Someone Using Your Own Email (Household Use)

Ideal for families in the same household or shared email addresses.

  • Enter the invitee’s name, but use your own email.
  • Check the box: “This is a gift”.
  • The ticket will be assigned to them, but emails and address details will remain linked to the buyer’s email.

🔹 Note: The “This is a gift” option is not required—it’s simply a helpful tool for gifting or managing tickets your way!
