ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, CALIFORNIA, DELAWARE, IDAHO, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, KANSAS, LOUISIANA, MINNESOTA, MONTANA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, AND NORTH DAKOTA
